My name is Gabriela, and I am the owner of D’s Bakeshop. I am a former special education teacher and lover of coffee. I have had the amazing opportunity to travel growing up and connect with so many wonderful people both family and friends.

One thing you will see in my bakery is that all my recipes are inspired by travels around the world or some of the incredible people in my life. The reason for this is that I am inspired by how certain foods can connect us back to memories in our lives or people we have met. 
 

I truly believe that food is such an amazing way to connect with people and learn about each other. I am so excited to share my desserts with you and I hope they inspire a memory of your own or create a new one! ​
